This small business located in St Kilda prides themselves on their service to their customers. With a well developed position in their market they are looking for your assistance.
With the business growing and the current staff team having an excess of work, a part time position working approximately 20-24 hours a week has become available for the right candidate. As part of the role you will be liaising with the rest of the business with an aim to handle the finances for the company.
Your main daily responsibilities will focus around the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll of 20 people. Liaising with clients and suppliers, drafting letters and reports and supporting the greater business will also make up a large part of the position so you will need to be open minded and happy to assist with any adhoc duties as required.
To be successful in this role you will have previous accounts experience and a demonstrated recent history in a similar position. Extensive exposure to MYOB will ensure you're able to take control of this role immediately. Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to self-manage your time will be essential as you will often be working autonomously.
