As the regional head of EHS & Sustainability, you are responsible to lead and manage a strong team, to drive/support deployment and execution of global systems and policy, effectively manage programs across the full manufacturing facilities to ensure group compliance and customers' requirements been meet, which of course need right/proper communication in executive level with other team heads; And to ensure sustaining management system that continuously monitors, tracks and reports KPI
