Our client, a leading international law firm are recruiting for a solicitor with 4 years plus PQE to join it's dynamic team in an In-House capacity in Belfast. This is a unique In house legal role, which offers genuine development in a commercial environment, which will engage your legal & communication skills at a range of levels. The role itself is diverse, interesting and face paced. The successful candidate will utilise their analytical & negotiation skills to resolve professional, legal, regulatory and commercial issues relating to the firms business acceptance and client engagement. This role will suit candidates who have an interest in, and potential for, developing mentoring skills; who are Commercially minded and possess a strong legal skill set; with the ability to analyse facts and scenarios thoroughly (and yet quickly) and proactively to put forward resolutions to legal and commercial problems; who have excellent task management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure; and enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active



Candidate

Requirements



Qualified - ideally 5 years PQE or equivalent. (less or more PQE will be considered dependant on experience)

Must have strong academic background minimum of a 2:1.

International experience with a leading top tier firm is essential with a strong background in multi-jurisdictional transactions, dispute resolution, corporate, Banking & Capital Markets or commercial is desirable



Salary:



The salary range for this role is £40,000- £55,000 plus excellent benefits package
