The Technical Customer Liaison will be expected to communicate with customers in matters pertaining to all animal health products, handling technical queries and product complaints. This person will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to Bayer Animal Health with queries of a technical nature.

The key areas of responsibility for this position will entail:

Answering all technical and product related queries coming through Animal Health.

Receiving, processing and finalizing product related complaints

Maintaining the good image of Bayer through excellent customer service and communication abilities.

The Technical Customer Liaison will add value by providing timeous and professional responses and assistance to all customers contacting Animal Health with queries or product complaints. A single point of contact reduces complexity and improves customer service, thereby maintaining Bayer’s image as a preferred service provider.
