Our client is a global Food Tycoon with global headquarter in US. Guangzhou, China is their Asia Pacific Regional Headquarter which overseeing 10 own manufacturing sites and all co-packers. Guangzhou plant is one of biggest flagship plants globally with turnover over RMB10bio.per annum. They are seeking strong talent for the Guangzhou plant.



Report to the Factory Director, you will be leading a team of 20 staffs for all EHS& Security issues. You will be responsible for developing the culture of Environment, Safety and

Health, driving improvements in Management Systems to enhance compliance, improve EHS performance, and achieve EHS excellence according to the Global target You will provide guidance and support to other functions like manufacturing, Engineering, HR etc. through continuous coaching and feedback. You are playing a key pillar role in the senior management team.



You will have at least 10years' experience in the environmental, health, & safety field with strong knowledge of local environmental and safety regulations. Your experience in Industrial MNC with manufacturing plant environment and ability to influence senior leaders in region and sites are important for this role. You should possess strong leadership, training, problem solving, and decision making skills. Your multi-functional communication and fluency in English is a must for this role.
