Opportunities are available with a bespoke QS / PM Consultancy which was formed by 4 senior Directors from the largest Property Consultancy in the world and have gown a team of 25 high calibre consultants in just over 2 years.



Operating in the Commercial, Hotels & Residential sector, this consultancy enjoys 70% of its work through repeat business with key clients like Berkeley Homes, Marriott, Sellar developments, Centrica, ArmsProp etc. Often instructions are on very high profile projects with signature Architects either for new build or refurbishment jobs. Core services include Project Management, Cost Management, and Acquisition & Project Monitoring. There is roughly a 50:50 split between QS's and PM's currently at the company.



They are turning work away currently and require MRICS Cost & Project Managers with suitable consultancy experience and are considering high quality people from recently qualified through to Associate level. Successful candidates will work in a mature, flat structure running projects & clients independently. Exiting bonus structure of 20% incentivises a high performance culture and collaborative working environment.
