Responsibilities:



Recruit partner companies, establish processes and manage partner relationships within assigned



territory



Train partner sales personnel on the benefits of incorporating HP Financial Services services into their



customer solutions/proposals.



Negotiate and sign partner agreements, including establishing targets



Manage activity with the partner, report progress against targets and establish action plans to address



any discrepancies



Conduct forecast and funnel reviews with partner sales teams identifying areas to apply HP Financial



Services solutions and offerings.



Drive lead generation to ensure high quality leads are passed to appropriate HP Financial Services



sales personnel and monitor progress with partner and HP Financial Services personnel



Develop and deliver marketing programs within target partners



Integrate activities and strategies with HP channel sales for maximum productivity









Experience:



5+ years channel sales with a minimum of 2 years in financial vendor programs



Proven record of meeting and exceeding assigned quota



College degree in IT or business related field required



Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic account business plan



Selling and relationship building at senior executive levels in mid-sized to large companies



Successful negotiation of contracts



Demonstrated leadership in situations without authority



Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
