One of the world's leading manufacturers in building science and materials has a profound and solid business presence in China. Since the beginning, it has introduced several business lines to China market and also constructed a few facilities to meet the demand in local market.



As a finance controller at plant level in Zhejiang, you will supervise all aspects of financial management and reports to the CFO at Headquarter in China. You will lead a team up to 10 staffs including finance and purchasing.



Working closely with BU SD and PD, you need to set and meet the strategic goals of the company and support growth objectives. You need to provide overall financial management through strong regulatory, treasury, tax, management reporting, planning, business analysis and development functions. Through a joint effort, you will lead and implement finance policies, programs and systems to control the financial transactions, including accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting of business results. Furthermore, you will also participate some key projects across China, such as pricing and cost control.



To be a qualified person for this role, you need to have bachelor degree or above with relevant major. Above 5 years experience in financial management role, preferably in manufacturing industry with strong experience in operation and cost control. You shall be willing to relocate in a tier-2 city in Zhejiang.
