This top tier banking institution boasts a reputation on a national and global level, and is passionate about providing great customer service and exceeding customer's expectations.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for all consumer customer enquiries. You will be taking calls regarding customer's everyday banking enquiries around account balances, updating customer details and transaction queries.
To be successful you need to have solid customer service experience within contact centre in either retail or finance, great attention to detail and be able to multitask whilst on the phone and navigating through multiple systems.
We have several positions available working on an ongoing roster, 37.5 hours per week and you must be fully flexible and available Monday to Friday 7am - 9pm, Saturday to Sunday 8am - 6pm.
