* Be the only legal staff in the company and directly report to senior executives

* Independently provides legal/commercial advice, generates legal documents and performs related legal support for departments.



It's the joint venture of a world well-known and trusted brand in high-end stereo equipment manufacturer and sound total solutions provider; locates in south west of Shanghai. With high quality products and world leading technology, they established their shanghai office to cope with the aggressive needs in the mainland market.



To support business growth and development, the company is going to invite a young and high potential legal counsel to join them at the beginning stage.



As the successful applicant, you should have the admission to P.R.C. Bar. Minimum 3 years PQE in law firms; or 5 years in-house role in the PRC with a multinational corporation with contract drafting and negotiating experience. Fluent in both Chinese and English and ability to draft and communicate in both languages;
