Communications Director

You will be able to demonstrate these skills and experiences;



* Lead the strategy and implementation of internal communications plan including employee engagement for HR and CA

* Works with HR and CA leadership to develop comprehensive, integrated internal communications plans

* Provide IC advice, challenge and support to EVP HR & CA and other senior leaders

* Develop and execute best practice change communication to support HR & CA transformation activities

* Ensures all internal communications share a unified look and feel that reflect the company's business priorities and strategy

* Prioritises internal messages and acts as a gatekeeper

* Ensures communications are continuous, consistent and distributed through appropriate channels

* Advises leadership on sequencing for communication cascades, counsels leadership on message, approach and style for planned communications

* Encourages cross-functional collaboration and information exchange across a highly matrixed organisation

* Acts on behalf of Internal Communications at team meetings and brings up underlying opportunities, concerns, trends and potential issues

* May oversee external agencies to ensure effective delivery of Internal Communications initiatives
