A well-established independent firm of chartered accountants that also incorporates a complimentary wealth management practice, is recruiting for a qualified Paraplanner to join their growing Wealth Management team in Solihull. This prestigious organisation has a track record of success serving their vast network of fee based High Net Worth clients with holistic financial planning advice.



Reporting directly in to the lead IFA/Director, your primary role will be to research, produce high quality suitability reports and recommend pensions, investments and protection for high net worth clients. This is an exciting role as you will also have direct client contact and meet with industry providers where appropriate. Therefore, you must have a wide understanding of services that can be offered to clients.



The client provides holistic financial planning advice to their clients. This is why they are looking for someone who has a broad knowledge of researching and recommending tax lead investment products, ISA's, Self invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs), Offshore Bonds, Collectives, IHT efficient solutions and non-investment lead insurance products. The standard of the suitability reports produced needs to be high and you will be utilizing a range of information sources. The IFA produces a high level of new business each month, therefore your day will be balanced between processing both new and existing business for clients.



In addition to the Paraplanning duties above, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and highly proactive with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Many of their clients meet them in the office, hence you will be confident with excellent interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships. Systems knowledge of First Software, O&M Pensions Profiler, Analytics, Synaptics will be an advantage. As the office is expanding, there will be an opportunity for progression depending on your performance within the role.



The salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and assessed on an individual basis.
