This exciting new opportunity has arisen with one of New Zealand's leading property funds.



With experience of the New Zealand market the successful candidate will have knowledge and exposure to tenant liaison, maintenance and capital works, financial and document management.



The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of tenant liaison which will include regular contact with tenants, negotiating rent and lease renewals, preparing leasing agreements, resolving tenant issues and reviewing all lease and license assets.



Interaction is also required with facility managers who will be responsible for maintenance programs, managing tender process and selecting contractors.



Experience of budgetary control and budget planning is also a requirement. Candidates should be comfortable with insurance claims, manage debtor levels and manage WOF compliance.
