Well known ASX Listed business with operations across Australia and NZ is currently recruiting for a new member of the Human Resources team. This is a brand new position, created through restructuring and will support the HR Management in both operational and strategic HR.



Based at the Head Office in North Sydney CBD, this is a HR generalist role covering both HR advisory, recruitment and business partnering responsibilities. These will include: employee relations and coaching management; performance management; all areas of recruitment; employee engagement initiatives;remuneration reviews and analysis; HR policy review; payroll reporting; HR compliance and OH&S; HR administration. In addition the role will mentor a new member of staff and support the Head of HR in facilitating training and the rollout of new HR strategies.



To be successful in this role, you will be a talented and ambitious HR Generalist with a passion for operational and strategic HR. You will be knowledgeable in both HR advisory and HR policies, as well have a background in generalist HR and business partnering. You will be a professional team player who also understands the theory of HR and is versatile in their approach to a company's business needs.



This role would ideally suit someone at the HR Advisor or HR Generalist level who is looking at the next step up the career level.



Immediate or short notice period would be highly desirable.
