- Identify Business requirements, Conduct Business blueprint workshops



- Develop Functional design specification, prototypes and process design



- Establish credibility at all levels within the client



- Provide Leadership and work guidance to associates



- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or work as part of large engagement
