Our client is looking to make an immediate appointment for a HR Advisor on a FIFO roster from Perth.



As the standalone site based HR Advisor you will be responsible for managing relationships and employee conditions between the business and its employees. The position interfaces with a variety of contacts including unions, industrial representatives, tribunals, business managers and employees. Responsibilities include Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Grievance and Disciplinary Management, Injury Management, and Training and Development Coordination and Delivery.



It is essential that you possess previous experience within Industrial / Employee Relations along with a relevant tertiary qualification and a strong generalist background. You will have a consultative style and demonstrate a keen ability to develop strong relationships at a variety of levels. Prior FIFO experience is highly desirable.
