This is a 1st tier Internet company, with a good track record in its niche market. Now to support the fast growing business in China, they are looking for a HR BP Leader to join their Beijing office, directly reporting to HR Director.



This is an extremely critical position for their HR system. You will be responsible for supporting one of their global strongest revenue business units, showing your value and providing HR service both operationally and strategically. You should be responsible for the organization change (restructuring, mergers and acquisitions) by providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective; the management of employee relations; branding enhancement, etc.



To be qualified, you should hold a bachelor degree (1st degree) or above, with over 6 years HR full generalist experience. Your rich knowledge and deep understanding on HR practice in high - tech or media industry is highly appreciated. Good communication skill and problem solving ability are critical to achieve company expectation.
