You are the Single Point of Contact for a group of +/- 400 employees. You organize and give support to the management and employees in the following segments: compensation & benefits, recruitment, health & safety, performance management. You interact with other Accenture employees and third parties such as the payroll provider, insurance providers and company car providers. You will work closely with virtual teams in different countries who also support employees with their HR matters.
