Hosted PBX Support Analyst

Reading, United Kingdom, GB - Telecommunications

Prestigious opportunity with a pioneering ISP and Unified Communications Solutions provider for a Hosted PBX Support Analyst! You will be responsible for providing outstanding support and service to customers in the following areas:-



* Hosted PBX technical support and fault resolution

* SIP Trunking technical support and fault resolution

* Hosted Desktop technical support and fault resolution

* Broadband Network technical support and fault resolution

* Customer service and support duties

* Customer training delivery



Successful candidates will possess a experience in a support environment in addition to a combination of the following skills:-



* Hosted PBX experience

* Broadworks and LOKI platform experience

* SIP Trunking experience

* Broadband and voice experience

* Intermediate PC/IT skills

* Networking experience

* Knowledge of DNS

* Knowledge of IP addressing

* Knowledge and experience of router configuration, ideally Cisco
