- Propose and develop the annual marketing expenses in coordination with Business Unit Manager in his product area
- Maintain, cultivate and expand existing customers in line with company growth strategies
- Organize projects, trainings or activities which support sales objectives.
- Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs, etc. to management.
- Training, developing and motivating BSP Medical Representatives or Product Specialist on the Product segment-s.
- Analysis of BSP & competitors weaknesses and strengths through Monitoring competitors' activities through data collection and prepare action plan accordingly, if needed. To conduct and follow the market research.
- Planning for successful new introductions in his segment market.
- Propose key brand positioning and key messages for products to be detailed to medical profession.
- Prepare, control and follow-up marketing plans and services for the target segment assigned to him.
- Develop promotional campaign and materials.
- Develop local speakers Bureau to better disseminate the product positioning and enhance the image of BP in front of the medical community.
