We have a new and exciting opportunity for a qualified Project Manager to take the lead and deliver projects within time and budget. The duties and responsibilities include::



* To provide full end to end Retail Project Management support to all our retail partners for new, refreshing and refurbishing of stores.

* To accurately forecast, budget, tender and manage all expenditure to ensure that projects are delivered both to budget and on time.

* To ensure all retail developments are completed in accordance with all legislative, regulatory and codes of practice requirements and to best practice standards.

* To liaise with all parties involved in the projects - Engineers/Architects/Professional team etc for and on behalf of our retailer partners and manage all on-site activity.

* To ensure all department SOPS relevant to the Project Manager role are applied to all projects as a standard way of working.

* To work with and support internal colleagues

* To implement the regional sustainability and energy retrofit programme at store level and to assist with SEAI grant funding within the development region.

* To ensure all retail project management administrative requirements in relation to documentation, certification, site minutes etc. are completed in accordance with accepted Project Management best practice.

* To ensure department drawing and presentation standards are maintained for all projects.



The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the food retailing industry, possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Other important attributes include: Strong commercial acumen, an in depth knowledge and understanding of food retailing operations, an ability to manage and deliver multiple projects to set deadlines, a good understanding of leading practice store layout principles and knowledge of store design and AutoCAD.
