Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment such as diving, ROV, tooling and survey equipment, is looking to recruit a Technical Manager who can play a diverse inward facing role. The main aim of this role is to manage and drive the internal sales team, the customer service team and the internal workshop, both operationally and strategically.



As Technical Manager you will be responsible for providing technical hands on guidance and assistance to ensure that all internal customer facing functions work cohesively and join together to ensure excellent client service. Your main object will be to ensure that all functions work within the regional strategic plan in particular focusing on revenue, gross margin and ROI.



To be the successful candidate for this role, you will come from a similar technical background within the ROV, projects and survey /subsea construction industry. You will also have excellent technical knowledge, experience of procurement, and ideally provision of equipment rental services. A proven ability to lead established teams and an excellent knowledge of how to guide internal functions to work together is essential
