My client is a globally reputable life insurer in a strong financial and operational position to attract experienced top talents to the business. Under strong leadership and well structured compliance team, they are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
You will work within an experienced team committed to drive the business ahead of regulatory changes. Regularly, you will conduct compliance review, reports and advisory to ensure business understands and are prepared to adhere to regulatory standards and policies. With your understanding on insurance outlook, you will provide solutions to resolve compliance issues and reputational risk.
To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in compliance or audit gained from insurance industry or professional accountancy firms. You will need to demonstrate profound understanding and business knowledge in Life Insurance industry. With excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you will help the team in developing a strong standing as compliance subject matter expert.
