A challenging role within a high profiled organisation seek to attract the services of a qualified accountant with strong technical skills.



Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for ensuring the business runs a rigourous financial controls in a timely and accurate manner. Specifically you will be responsible for preparing month end and all statutory requirements including half year and full year accounts. You will engage the external auditors and manage cash flow. Furthermore you will ensure the financial ledger team manage their accountabilities in line with internal protocols and ensure the business drives process improvement to enhance the performance of the finance team. You will ensure the finance function delivers on all of their tax requirements whilst you lead a high performing team.



You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical reporting skills including exposure to tax management. This could be a great role for a candidate trained within a 2nd tier chartered environment who has since moved into industry to further your expertise. Exposure to an listed environment is certainly very useful in order to report in IFRS whilst appreciating the need to deliver results to a tight timetable.
