Job Mission
The primary focus of this position is the functional maintenance and upgrade of the main HR System architecture. He/she serves as a technical point-of-contact for IT and is responsible for coordinating system upgrades and testing.
As part of the HRIS team, he/she participates to the development, improvement and implementation of HR&O processes, projects & applications.
Job Description
Develop solid and sustainable testing strategy, validate requirements and specifications, develop test plans & test scenarios and develop testing metrics collection plan in order to plan and prepare for testing within HRIS global landscape of ASML
Take ownership/lead in test activities:
• Develop functional and performance models for testing.
• Develop and validate test specifications.
• Evaluate and validate test cases and scripts.
• Validate testing coverage
• Escalate quality issues for resolution.
• Defect management and reporting.
• Test planning and coverage reporting
• Test execution summary reporting
The Interface/Report Specialist will provide functional support in development, improvement and maintenance of interfaces within the HRIS global landscape as a liaison to the technical experts situated within the IT department
Manage interface functional improvements and support their testing (incl related EMRs.)
Development HR data model and take it’s ownership/key user role
Education
• Bachelor's Degree or Masters degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a time critical environment.
• Must excel in an agile / iterative development environment.
Experience
Competencies
Overall: Medior level
>3 years experience in software quality assurance and/or as a test lead in multiple technologies and industry.
Advanced understanding of software test methodologies, their interaction and testing tools.
3 years technical/functional experience in HRMS/HCM and upgrade implementations
Knowledge of: developing testing strategy, test requirements and specifications, developing test plans & test scenarios developing testing metrics collection plan
Experience with gathering and documenting data requirements, design, building, testing, implementation, support, creation of mapping tables, and maintenance of interface bridges. Experience in defining Business requirements (HR) to support the establishment of IT requirements; and select or design the correct solution (direction) corresponding these business requirements Understanding and experience with setting up functional HR data models, related to business intelligence and non-HR processes. Knowledge of SAP/ECC, SAP Netweaver, Tibco and other SAP relevant integration expertise is a pre.
Personal skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical capability; highly structured, focused, methodical in approach.
Comfortable in taking ownership of controls and processes and communicating to colleagues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
