This rapidly expanding building company are going from strength to strength. Due an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy project team.



You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in dealing with claims and variations, and verifying sub-contractor claims on commercial projects ranging from $10m up to $50m.



To enjoy success in this position you'll require a proven track record in contract administration, within a commercial construction environment Previous experience as a Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor working on the successful delivery of a WA commercial project is essential. You will display a high degree of motivation and desire to succeed.
