Area Sales Manager

The way we sell our properties is changing! As our Sales & Marketing Transformation project moves into its next phase we have an exciting opportunity available for a talented Area Sales Manager looking to join an innovative organisation and progress their career with us.



Key responsibilities will include:



· Motivate and support team members to achieve company goals and sales targets.

· Ensure that best value sales are always achieved whilst taking into account value against volume.

· Ensure that the sales team follow up all customer enquiries.

· Regularly monitor all enquiry, visitor and reservation levels for each development against set KPIs through generating and reviewing reports from the Sales Progression System (e.g. SPS).

· In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager/Sales and Marketing Director, develop remedial action plans for underperforming sites and report any problems as and when they arise.



Previous management experience within a similar role is essential. Training will be provided in McCarthy and Stone sales methods, products, literature and IT. Professional in your approach, you will be customer-relationship and service focussed, whilst empathetic and able to identify with our target market.
