A leading asset manager with a global presence is looking to hire an experienced financial promotions specialist following growth of the business. The role is based in the west end and the successful will require strong knowledge of the regulations surrounding financial promotions and marketing.
The company is looking to meet with dynamic candidates with very strong technical knowledge of the relevant regulations as they look to grow their brand and business whilst maintaining a strong reputation.
The role sits within the compliance advisory team and will regularly interact with marketing, distribution and sales teams. Key responsibilities include:
Primary responsibility for approving all financial promotions issued by the Asset Management business in the UK.
Assisting line management in its prime responsibility for complying with all relevant financial promotion regulations.
Provision of the necessary advice and guidance to ensure that appropriate operating procedures and controls are in place.
Resolving, or helping to resolve and compliance issues under direction from Line Management
