Customer Solutions Representative

- To manage and support the internal process of contractadministration
· Ensure that the customer contracts are being set-up in SAP andrenewed timely and within the business requirements and company policies
· Handling inquiries of customers pertaining to different type ofsupport level
· Communicating information on terms and condition of contracts
· To ensure the administration of Contract Administration is effectiveand efficient including timely and accurate customer billings and reporting
Qualifications :
Education and Experience Required:
- Minimum Diploma holder with relevant Contract Admin experience or a Business degree or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills:
- 2.1 Technical/Professional Competence
· Graduate or Diploma in IT or related discipline will also be considered
2.2 Human Competence
· Teamwork
· Multi-cultural awareness
· Communicative
2.3 Business Competence
(competencies related to the understanding of the customers business and objectives in the context of it's markets as well as the political and social environment)
