A leading global insurance group is looking for a Distribution Operations Assistant Manager / Manager for its life insurance business in Singapore.



Reporting to the senior manager of operations, you will be an independent and self starting individual involved in all operations matters for the life insurance distribution channel, focusing on the agency workforce. You be involved in the on-boarding and off-boarding of agents, due diligence and compliance for commission matters and managing the change of servicing agents for existing policies.



To be considered for the role, you will have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in distributions operations in the life insurance industry in Singapore. Compliance and administration professionals in insurance agencies or FA firms are also welcome to apply. Your exposure to UAT and projects in the life insurance industry will be a competitive advantage.
