Project Manager - Tier 1 Developer

Melbourne Area, Australia, AU - Construction

• Expereince tier 1 or 2 PM looking for a change to the developer side


• Use your construction skills and be a 5 day/week Project Manager


• Work on a range of Icon CBD apartment projects

My client is a leading national tier 1 property developer with their head office based in Melbourne. They specialise in large scale apartment across inner Melbourne and the CBD having been established for more the 20 years they pride themselves on delivering iconic developments.



They operate in a small team environment with a driven an energetic culture, where your ideas and experience is highly valued and listened to.

We are looking for a degree qualified professional (Bachelor of Building Construction or similar) with a strong background in project management for a tier 1 or 2 apartment main contractor with Australian experience. MS Project experience would be highly regarded.



You will be liaising with contractors, consultants and councils on a daily basis so impeccable communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong computer literacy is a prerequisite. You will need to be an ambitious self-starter with a genuine passion for the industry. We are looking for someone versatile who doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and helping out where required.
