Facility Manager, Greater China- Global Corporate



A global corporate is looking for a Facility Manager to be responsible for leading the regional FM & Engineering team in Greater China.



As a Facility Manager, you will handle client's property portfolio, your key responsibility will include space planning, building service operations, maintenance, compliance and cost saving within office premises. At the same time, you will manage vendors and lead the team to achieve KPIs.



To be considered for this position, you will have at least 5 years related experiences. You must be a graduate, ideally in related discipline. You must have strong team leading and vendor experiences. Also, you must be proficient in Chinese and English.
