This high-end upholstery specialist has been recognised for its quality and luxury status in the Australian market for over 60 years. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to welcome to their collaborative ream in Marrickville.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls to respond to general inquiries, complaints, draw up quotes and process orders. You will also be responsible for credit reports, end of month procedures and systems training.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in telephone-based Customer Service and sound working knowledge or ERP and CRM systems. Your communication skills will be highly advanced and you will display natural customer centricity and a desire to help people.
The salary will be $45K + Super; the working week runs from Monday to Friday, 9 until 5; flexible where required.
