Our client is entering an exciting new phase of growth and have created a unique opportunity as an asset manager - residential property. A more strategic, consultative role with long term forecasting in addition to some regular property management duties. With opportunities at offices throughout Adelaide, including a role right now in inner metro Adelaide, help them keep ahead of their competition and maintain their position as the market leader. With the investor market expected to remain strong in SA, they are placing increased importance in their growing residential property portfolio and looking to adapt to their customers' demands.
Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will enjoy the privileges of their healthy work environment. You'll benefit from their decision to remain at the forefront of technology with much of your work carried out on your IPAD, use of a fully maintained car, a phone, and the scope to utilise your extensive experience in property investment. With regular onsite training sessions with leading industry mentors, this will help you maintain your passion and pride towards exemplary customer service and learn from the best.
This role requires a high level of strategic advice to a range of high net worth investors and experience managing a portfolio in excess of 100 properties as you will be responsible for a managing assets of hundreds of millions of dollars.
