IT Operator

As an IT Operator you will be responsible for operating and monitoring several systems in a complex (operating systems, storage, networking, mainframe, message queues, etc.), 24x7x365 working environment, perform operating system shutdown and initialization - based on guided procedures, providing technical assistance by performing first level (L1) analysis of anomalies experienced by the operating systems, sub-systems, and applications, tracking key production issues to ensure agreed business Service-level Agreements (SLAs) are met, recognizing/resolving customer impacting problems and document problem timelines.



Ideal candidate must have minimum technical high school, very good English (min. B2) - written and spoken is a must, minimum 1 year of work experience within help desk / system operator center, experience in one or more activities within a System Operation Center, technical monitoring skills and knowledge.
