Fund Administrator, Asset Management

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Fund Administrator to join a boutique global asset manager where new ideas are encouraged and top performers recognised.



Fund Administrators will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communicational skills to work internally across the business and externally building strong relationships with service providers. This role is varied and will work closely with service providers to facilitate offshore fund launches, will be responsible for the oversight of annual and semi-annual fund audits, will produce service provider management information reporting against SLA's & KPIs and will work with the service providers to improve reporting.



Prior experience of overseeing third party fund administrators would be a distinct advantage to monitor the accuracy of financial instrument prices for funds, monitoring the accuracy of fund expenses and budgets including setting annual budgets, reviewing the approval of fund expenses and indices, as well as arranging the uploading and maintenance of fund data and marketing materials across third party platforms.



Your funds knowledge may include Luxembourg & Cayman fund types, structures and domiciles, however Luxembourg UCITS knowledge is a must. Knowledge of Japanese fund of fund schemes would be highly beneficial however not essential.

Candidates will demonstrate a good understanding of fund documents such as prospectus', financial statements, expense budgets and fund invoices for example. Some knowledge of fund accounting would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Candidates will have IMC qualification or equivalent coupled with relevant experience.
