As one of the largest Life Insurers worldwide, my client offers life insurance and wealth management products to customers in over 10 different countries across Asia. Currently looking for further enhancement in its agency distribution channel, my client is inviting a motivated and hands-on individual to join their dynamic Agency Development team.

As an Assistant Manager in this capable team, your main responsibility is to work as a bridge between the business and the sales force to effective achieve business targets. You will be working with senior sales leaders to identify plans to enhance the agency channel. As a key contact point for the agency force, you will also focus in driving a high performance culture throughout the agency force.

To develop a successful career within this business, you will be a driven individual with proven track record of effectively driving agency sales. With key responsibilities to grow the agency channel, you will be a confidence individual with solid understanding of the agency operation. A strong communicator with the ability to build trusted working relationship with sales colleagues is essential.
