WORK ON CROSS-BOARD TRANSACTION BUSINESS

Our client is a US-based professional services firm with branches across the globe, basically in each continental, region and many countries. With a high-performance culture and an unwavering business goal to continually strive for excellence, they are now seeking a professional Transaction Manager to drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include independently conducting extensive legal research and analysis on overseas transaction projects and businesses as well as drafting, checking and finalizing relevant legal documents. You are expected to participate in client interface upon request. Furthermore, you will be in charge of providing training support, and reviewing team's daily performance as necessary.

You should ideally hold overseas LL.M or JDs are preferable with PRC Bar admission. 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role for international law firms. On top of the pre-requisites, you are expected to be highly proficient in English both written and verbal.
