Summary:


As a member of the Solutions Specialist team in the Americas you will have the following responsibilities:


1.- Drive the largest solution opportunities for the Corporate direct sales motion till signature. Helping to: identify, architect and price the right solution walking through any broken process until completion. (We expect this to take around 50% of your time)


2.- Work with your geography or district as their Solutions Focal Point, proactively securing resources to help the Sales and pursuit teams generate demand for the solutions business and keeping an accurate funnel of opportunities. (We expect this to take around 30% of your time)


3.- Lead HP pre-sales TC’s, ADM’s and Solution Partner teams to leverage all efforts towards increasing our opportunities in the funnel and win rate.


Our goal is to provide expertise, accelerate sales engagements and improve customer TCE meeting our solution sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

In addition, your main activities will be to:


Qualify software solutions opportunities identified by AM, MPS Specialist or TC during customer needs assessment.


Determine appropriate software solutions for customer, design appropriate solution architecture, coordinate with appropriate software solution partners when required, supports proof of concept and/or pilot when required.


Provide software solutions ROM pricing and/or coordinates with partners to collect ROM pricing to pricing/OC team.


Reviews and validate pricing and architecture.


Own/lead pre-sales sales process for software solution opportunities (either transactional or attached to MPS) providing hand off to delivery (transition/project management resources) at deal signature.


Act as software solutions evangelist within HP, train and supports Account Managers, MPS Specialists, Technical Consultants, etc. to grow the software solutions business.


Requirements:


Solid experience driving software solutions sales cycles.


Extremely good proven teamwork skills.


Strong knowledge of the printing software solutions market.


Exceptionally strong coordination, leadership and rapport building capabilities.


Demonstrated successful work with third parties and partners .
