At this time, we are looking for a Business Support Finance – LaserJet Printing Category who will be responsible for partnering with the business to drive the achievement of the balanced scorecard goals and to provide financial consultation to both region and country business & finance teams.






Key Job Role & Responsibilities:


  1. 1. Be the lead analyst and key financial adviser to the transactional laser in the Laser Hardware business team

  2. 2. Be the finance support and take leadership on horizontal activities across LES HW (eg interface with BDMs, cost owners, pmax, costing issues, mega file, WOS/ST, pan-LES HW projects, etc)

  3. 3. Manage the category balanced scorecard and lead planning (Budget, quota setting), Flash, and analysis activities. To own the close process which includes providing good support to ensuring a robust, timely, and accurate close

  4. 4. Work closely with GBU, SME (Eg. Supply chain, warranty, etc), FP&A and countries to understand and ensure timely resolution of issues, getting up-to-date information for management reporting, providing guidance to countries, BU, etc

  5. 5. Understand the business dynamics of RTM (route-to-market), GTM (go-to-market) structure and programs, contra and resources allocation to assist in decision making

  6. 6. Develop, recommend, influence and implement solutions to business issues



  1. Develop and maintain bottoms-up financial forecast models, and other ad hoc analysis as needed, to drive decision making and improve predictability of the business

  2. Ability to provide complex financial analysis that provides additional value add beyond core processes and procedures, and that are forward looking for critical business decision making

  3. Establish with the business teams the plans to drive business performance at/above budget, improve cost structure, accelerate growth, and drive investment decisions

  4. Perform analysis on business performance and present the actual and outlook to the product managers and management team including financial benchmark with the other regions

  5. Demonstrate team leadership by providing support to Printing finance team and countries including mentoring junior analysts in the extended finance team

  6. Being an advocate for process improvements and demonstrating the ability to lead such initiatives.






Qualifications
Education and Experience Required


  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; Advance Degree and/Accounting Certification, Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

  2. We are looking to hire candidate who have 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance

  3. 10+ years of working experience as a financial analyst with relevant experiences in managing P&L

  4. 8+ yrs of business partnering experience

  5. 8+ yrs of doing regional finance role

  6. Relevant experience in MNC environment and in category/front end business partnering

  7. 8+ years of experience in handling big data and analysis of such information

  8. Display strong abilities in financial expertise, business consulting, financial planning, reporting and analysis

  9. Demonstrate strong business acumen and meet commitments to finance and business partners

  10. Proven good track record of performance

  11. Ability to provide finance consultation to senior managers within area of expertise.

  12. Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  13. Strong collaboration skills and be able to work with various teams.

  14. Positive, self-motivated, and team player

  15. Can work under pressure and deals with challenging situations
