This large player in the local construction market prides itself on prevailing a high standard of quality in their work. Having recently signed a number of new contracts which reinforces their brand as a market leader they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the division.



With a reputation for innovation, setting project delivery standards and exceptional client management their portfolio of completed works lies predominately within the residential sector including some light commercial.



Following an influx of projects they're looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the estimating and surveying division and help achieve ambitious growth targets in addition to developing the commercial section.



You will have a proven track record within the construction sector. Local knowledge and experience would be preferred but not essential. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a background in residential or commercial looking for a fresh challenge.

Due to movement within the current team our client requires an experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor. Their current portfolio consists of private and public sector work, encompassing both residential and commercial projects valuing up to $20m.



Qualified in Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably within consultancy firm and working closely with clients you will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of cost planning, contract documentation and the scoping of construction works with strong measuring skills.
