Ensuring the smooth running of the office by managing all of the practice's internal accounts, you will be responsible for the management of the workflow, HR, implementation of internal policies and procedures, practice budgets, training staff and business development among others.



This role will give you the opportunity to put your strong leadership skills to good use as you will be responsible for the accounting staff. If you enjoy thinking outside the box, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity to review and implement new processes and functions and lead strategic planning.



As the successful applicant you will have a Public Practice Accounting background, with previous experience in a Practice Management role. You will have a friendly and outgoing nature and be able to communicate with people on all levels. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly, you will display a professional and positive attitude and be passionate about making a difference.
