Hays are recruiting a Client Relationships manager for a globally recognised education provider.



This department delivers a range of services to meet the executive and management development needs of large organisations. This includes programs (open, custom and consortium) and related services including: coaching; mentoring, facilitation; research and consulting to flexibly meet client needs. The programs offered are either based on postgraduate programs delivered by the faculty or programs customised to specifically meet corporate clients and market demand.



The aim of the client relationship manager is to develop and maintain long-term, profitable partnerships with strategically targeted organisations across all of the organisations offerings (custom, open, executive development services and consortium). This role has a particular emphasis on the development of relationships with mid and senior market businesses.



Main duties will include strategic business analysis and alignment to organisational capability requirement. You will be required to identify factors contributing to the current economic environment (globally and locally) strategically analyse and identify the short-term and long-term impact on business. You will need to align organisational challenges to the specific competencies and skills required of senior managers and executives within the organisations.



You will be required to communicate the impact of key learning areas on individual, team and organisational performance with targeted or existing client stakeholders and generate awareness of the benefits of partnership with the organisation.



To be eligible for this role you require tertiary degree (preferably MBA) or equivalent in a relevant discipline with at least 10 years relevant experience; or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.

Extensive experience in undertaking strategic business analysis and creating alignment to organisational capability requirements for a selected target group is essential. Proven experience to work with budgets and provide financial reporting. Some travel overseas and domestically will be required.
