This job will enable an ambitious and driven Supervisor to step up into a Manager position shortly.

Working closely with an experienced Manager, this job will incorporate the review and delegation of work of up to 6 junior Accountants, a key part of this job will be to provide mentorship, training and development. You will have a hands-on approach to your work and be accountable for managing workflow and productivity of the team but still involved in client work, so your solid technical skills will be utilised.



You will ideally have a minimum of 6-12 months experience as a Supervisor in an Australian accounting firm. You will be technically strong, and be CA/CPA qualified. Your communication skills will be crucial as will the ability to use initiative and influence positive outcomes.
