Jij zorgt er samen met je team voor dat er adequaat wordt ingespeeld op de wisselende vraag en dat elk product en demo-apparaat daar is waar het moet zijn. Jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en inzet vormen de spil van wat de Apple Store doet: mensen samenbrengen met de producten die ze graag willen hebben.

Functiebeschrijving



Als Inventory Specialist draag je, samen met je team, een grote verantwoordelijkheid in het eindtraject van een product: zorgen dat de klant het product in handen krijgt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele voorraad van de winkel: producten, onderdelen, hulpmiddelen, benodigdheden en dergelijke. Je ziet erop toe dat je team de ondersteuning, de kennis en de middelen heeft om ervoor te zorgen dat producten beschikbaar zijn, om het voorraadbeheer te verzorgen en om het magazijn op orde te houden wanneer er nieuwe producten binnenkomen. Je staat voortdurend in contact met het management en het leidinggevend personeel om hen op de hoogte te houden van de status van producten en onderdelen. En wanneer er gloednieuwe producten binnenkomen, ben jij de eerste die ze uitpakt en aan het Store-team mag laten zien. Apple maakt de producten, maar jij maakt het mogelijk dat de klant het product in handen krijgt.

Extra vereisten



•Je kunt moeiteloos overweg met meerdere voorraaddeadlines per week.

•Je bent bereid om je aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften te houden, zodat er geen gevaarlijke situaties in het magazijn ontstaan.

•Je zult je flexibel moeten opstellen wat je werktijden betreft. Die zijn afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden binnen de Store.
