I have a really exciting job opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to take over the running of a medium sized West End consultancy's property management business.



The practice offers a wide range of services on all aspects of commercial and residential property management across their main London and regional offices, and their clients are a real mix of business types and high net worth individuals.



This is a period of real growth and change in the firm and you'll be at the forefront of that and you will be well rewarded for your own and the team



In addition to managing a significant client portfolio directly, the Head of Management will play a vital role in ensuring that our systems and processes are best in class, managing change and setting the standard for strong performance.



You will be a fully Chartered Surveyor with a good level of PQE and a proven background earning fees strong fees within property management. You will have a track record of successful client relationships, business generation and growth and ideally spent time working for and serving medium sized businesses, meaning you will have a thorough understanding of the technicalities involved in property management
