• Take primary responsibility for managing day-to-day operations of the Unix Global Operations Team
• Serve as a point of escalation for customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicating effectively with customers to identify needs, prioritizing operational requirements, and allocate resources as appropriate
• Provide leadership and expertise to establish and develop a solid understanding of the technical process management within Unix Global Operations
• Work with customers and internal teams to define problems, analyze proccesses, identify and document improvement opportunities, and implement improvements in service operations
• Help promote and ensure that customers are leveraging solutions to deliver business value across all levels of their company
• Participate in developing and mentoring team members
