Our client has a history of delivering quality with integrity with all their customers. For this reason business is growing and they have a requirement for a QS/building Estimator to join the team. This family owned company has strong values and is happy to work with the successful candidate to up-skill to Project Manager eventually.



The work comprises primarily of Architectural homes and other residential construction projects. They are not exclusively into the residential market, but are keen to speak with people with experience in this area. They have various projects running at once, and plenty in the pipeline.



To be successful here you will have residential Estimating construction experience, coupled with contract administration. Processing variations and progress claims will be part of your role. User-knowledge of Build-Soft is an advantage. You will possess immaculate communication skills, be self-motivated and work with honesty and integrity. They are willing to look at candidates with both a trade background and/or relevant degree or diploma qualification.
