My client is a global provider of instruments, subsystems and process control solutions that measure, control, power, monitor and analyse critical parameters of advanced manufacturing processes. Their products include pressure measurement and control, flow measurement and control, gas and vapour delivery, gas composition analysis, residual gas analysis, leak detection, control and information technology, ozone generation and delivery, RF & DC power, reactive gas generation, and vacuum technology. This helps their clients to improve process performance and productivity.



The role of Sales Operations Manager has been created to help manage a multi-disciplined team responsible for pre-sales technical qualification and all sales order processing activity. This is a managerial role, responsible for ensuring that all procedures and processing policies are communicated to the team and adhered to. The ideal candidate will therefore be experienced in managing other and will demonstrate a "can do" attitude with the ability to multitask and lead others by example.



In order to be considered for interview, candidates must have the following skills and experience:

- Experienced in managing a commercial team within a pressured and deadline driven environment

- Demonstrable experience of managing Key Suppliers, Negotiation, Process Compliance and leading sourcing

activities.

- Strong leadership and influencing skills

- High levels of motivation and excellent communication skills

- Ideally coming from a Sales, Wholesales or Commercial Office Management background
