We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partners to support specific customer / client portfolios located in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs.



This position is an 8 week temporary assignment with potential extension.



As a true business partner you will provide expert advice and guidance to specific customer /client portfolios across Australia. Working closely with employees and management you will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the generalist functions, including performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, retention, change management and strategic HR projects.



As part of a greater HR function you will work in a friendly and co-operative environment with a high level of professionalism and supreme quality in delivery. HR Best Practice as well as providing excellence to external customers in non-negotiable.



As the successful candidate you will have solid experience in a Business Partner / Senior Advisor level and be comfortable working with management in helping them manage their people challenges. You will have a solid understanding in all aspects of HR and exposure to change management in a large and complex environment.

You will have excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
